OUR DELIVERY TIMES
Please note that the estimated delivery times provided are only approximations. Actual delivery times may vary, depending on local courier services. Additionally, updates to the tracking status may not occur until your order is being processed for customs clearance or has successfully cleared customs.
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 Business Days
- Expedited Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
Please note: These estimates are based on deliveries to North America. Deliveries to countries outside of North America may take additional time due to customs inspections and clearance processes.
Orders placed on weekdays will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 PM PST on weekdays will be dispatched the same day.
TAXES AND DUTIES
We currently do not charge sales tax and duties at the checkout. However, any customs taxes and import duties will depend on the policy of the local government and are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email. To ensure you receive this, please ensure that the correct email address is entered upon checkout.
If you experience difficulties tracking your order or have questions about the tracking status, please contact our support team at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email. Please note that we cannot appeal to the courier after 30 days from the shipment date.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please:
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery from the courier.
- Check with your neighbors, friends, and family members at the same address.
- Refer to the tracking page and request proof of delivery, which will display the signature of the recipient.
We insure every package and require your signature upon delivery for Expedited and Express Shipping options. However, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages in transit, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package. If your package is delivered to an incorrect address or lost in transit, please contact the courier directly to initiate an investigation.
