It should be of regular price, remain in an unused state, and be preserved in the exact condition as when received, all of which must be corroborated by the original packaging. It is critical to be cognizant that once orders have been dispatched, the capacity to reroute them is lost, and we remain unable to offer refunds while items are in the process of transit.

The accuracy of your shipping details is of utmost significance; returns precipitated by an incorrect address may entail supplementary shipping charges upon their reshipment. Orders which remain unclaimed following the holding period and subsequently returned will incur a restocking fee of $7.99 if a refund is requested.

• The item being returned does not maintain its original condition, or parts are missing or damaged for reasons not attributed to our error.

As a general guideline, our warehouse processes your refund within an approximate timeframe of 3-5 business days, with an additional 3-5 business days required for the transaction to be reflected in your account. We endeavor to keep you apprised via email as soon as your return has been processed.

Perturbations in Refund Receipt?

If you find yourself awaiting your refund, we advocate for a sequential checking process: initially, your bank account should be reviewed, followed by making contact with your credit card company, and finally, your bank. Final Sale Items: An Important Notice

We must underscore that items denoted as "Final Sale" are ineligible for return or exchange.

Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We proffer replacements for items that are either defective or damaged. Should you ascertain that your item is damaged or incorrect, we request that you provide us with a photo evidencing the issue, accompanied by your order number. Upon the verification of your claim, our team will expediently dispatch a replacement at no additional charge.

Considerations for Gift Returns

For those items marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit commensurate to the value of your return will be issued. If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, the refund will be directed to the gift giver.

Shipping Logistics for Your Returns

Please note that shipping costs, duties, and fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. For those items with a value exceeding $75, the utilization of a trackable shipping service or the purchase of shipping insurance is strongly recommended, as we cannot provide assurances regarding the receipt of your returned item.
